For our final Repair Cafe of 2023, we’re back in Sherwood Methodist Church upstairs rooms from 2-5pm. We look forward to seeing you to learn or share your repair skills. Refreshments will be available.
So, broken things at the ready – have you a hole in your jumper? Bike need a check-up? Kettle not working? Come and learn how fix your broken or damaged things.
There will be drop-in appointments for bikes and clothing, knitwear and textile fixes. Tickets to book your place for small electrical appliances and devices will be released around 2 weeks before the event.
There are limited slots available for electrical items, so booking is essential. The appointments are half an hour long. Appointments are limited to one per person per event.
If you are not able to book online, please get in touch via email nottinghamfixers@gmail.com.
Nottingham Fixers, who are a band of community volunteers, are ready to help you learn to repair your broken households items. We believe that there are many items that can repaired rather than be replaced or thrown away, and we want to ‘Share the Repair’ and involve you in the fixing.
Please note:
COVID safety
Please do not attend if you have any symptoms.
Buses: Lime and Purple lines, Bingham Road stop. There is street parking near to the Church.
