Veggies has offered ethical & sustainable catering from our base in Nottingham City Centre since 1984, with a minimal packaging policy, all-vegan menu and fair trade products since day one. Veggies Catering Campaign is a volunteer-led Cooperative supporting many campaigns for human, animal & environmental rights.
We produce our own, award winning, burger and sosage mixes in Nottingham using organically grown ingredients. By using dry mix rather than frozen burgers, we help save unnecessary transportation of water weight. 1kg of dry mix added to water makes up to 40 vegan burgers!
We also offer a refill shop from our base at The Sumac Centre for ethical, organic and fair trade cooking and cleaning supplies, and fresh food redistribution every Sunday and Wednesday
